Once a month we get together and do something fun. Events can range from a simple potluck to group participation in a large cause fundraising activity. We have parties for Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Easter, and the end of summer which are a wonderful way to mingle with members and take in the seasonal festivities. For the price of attending a single event for most causes you can get out of your house throughout the year and interact with caring open-minded members of your community.

Access to Peer Support Groups.

Light4change connects you to peers in your community who are dealing or have dealt with some of the same issues. They understand what it is like to go through what you are going through and have positive coping methods as well as helpful tips to share with you. Entry to Living Well Showcases.

Once a month and often every week we showcase a locally owned and operated living well business by having them present their living well concept to our members. These showcase always promise to be fun filled interactive gatherings where you get to try new things while mingling with fellow members. The owners of the business’ are more then happy to give you some one on one attention after the presentation to you can ask as many questions as you need. Access to Emotional Hygiene Demonstration Videos.

Heidi Hardy “The Emotional Hygiene Counsellor” shares videos with our members that demonstrate different ways to practice emotional hygiene in your day to day life using different techniques you can adapt to whatever situation you are in. These videos are only available for members to help you understand what it means to take care of our mind and thought with as much care as we do our bodies.

Discounts with our Living Well affiliated services .

Many of the living well services we showcase choose to affiliate with Light4Changes and will offer our members discounts on products and services when you provide proof of membership. Our affiliated living well services often host workshops with us which members will also get at a discounted price.
